Today is Wednesday. I
started this day to observe my mentor in class mathayom 5.2 and 5.3 which 2
periods to each class (1 period=50 minutes). In Indonesia, 1 period for
students’ high school is just about 45 minutes. I observed how the way teacher
start and end the class is, her teaching style, teaching procedures, how to
explaining is, the way to give and answer the student’s questions, help the
students who doesn’t understand, and also evaluate students.
The teaching style
was student learning center which the teacher give them (students) big
opportunity to explore and building their knowledges. Teacher will teach them
to the right way. The students also heard the teacher’s explain well. They are
so active and creative.
