Day 3~

Today is Tuesday which also the third day I’ve been here, Chiang Rai, Thailand. It was my first time for me to feel the winter season here, because Indonesia does not have winter season. But, it doesn’t make me and my friends gave up to do our agenda and activities. Today, CRRU’s hosts took us to our dorm and our practicum school. Some of schools which participated on this 3^rd batch program are Damrongratsongkroh School (Me, Abida, and Althof), Chiang Rai Municipality School 5(Fara, Karen, and Huda), Chiang Rai Municipality School 2 (Jami’atul and Nia), Chiang Rai Municipality School 6 (Arifah and Amanda), CRPAO School (Widya and Ghea), and Demonstration School (Elishah). 

When I arrived at Damrongratrongkroh School, I was so happy^^. It was my first teaching experince here, DS, the second of best school in Chiang Rai. This is govenment school. School staffs extended a warm welcome, receiving us with open arms. We met our mentors, too. We splitted to three subjects matter, and I got assignment to teach Chemistry, like my major Chemistry Education.

Mrs. Piyaporn (Teacher Im) and Mr. Dusit (Teacher Dusit) asked us to science office in the third floor of bulding 1. The room was so comfortable. During this, I and my mentor discussed about this program, the things that should I do, my schedule in this school, and about what topic that I should teaching to. DS has good facilities to support teachers’ and students’ activities, like this office.

After that. Mr. Charin Maneemol (Head of English Department) took us walking around this school, and he also explained about about this school. He took us to lunch to a halal food restaurant in front of school, too. I am thankful because DS is respect to our religion, they provided a prayer room for us.  And finally, we are back to our dorm to continue or activities.
